SERVING UP RICHARD
"Serving Up Richard is an odd gem of a film, it's surprisingly engaging...I admire it's raw ambition, and it's aim to be different, this was quite the experience. The three central performances are mostly good, with Susan Priver as Glory stealing the show. Glory carries this
innocence about her...her intentions aren't always clear, and I liked how Priver played it."
Australia DVD: Marcella Papandrea
"The performances are all quite good with Susan Priver delivering a memorable one as Glory. Her face paints a picture of madness but also of that one innocent spark waiting for someone or something to set her free from her circumstances in life."
Rogue Cinema: Matthew Saliba
WHAT'S UP, SCARLET? "Engaging and frequently funny, a quirky little movie that follows the unlikely and unexpected love affair of Scarlet (the deliciously acerbic Susan Priver) and Sabrina (the sensual and exotic Musette Vander)...Susan Priver is wonderful as the tightly-woundmatchmaker. A mix of sarcasm and vulnerability create the perfect pitch that entices audiences to fall for her." Metro Weekly Magazine: Washington "Priver has a tough and smoldering quality as Scarlet..." THEATRE
"In "A Streetcar Named Desire," thrilling theatre at it's very best, one experiences vicariously a whole encyclopedia
of feelings---desire, sexuality, secrecy, resentment, envy, disdain, yearning and more. The brilliantly loaded script
in the hands of consummated stage artists, as in the case in this production now playing at the Odyssey Theatre,
makes an audience lean forward to catch all the powerful passion as the sense of time disappears. Blanche DuBois
(magnetic, ethereal Susan Priver)...guiding the players with finesse to many moments that are searing or wistful..."
Paul Myrold: Theatre Notes
"Susan Priver embodies the frazzled despondence of Blanche in a manner that evokes both pity and contempt and ultimately
compassion. Ms. Priver's focused and detailed characterization provides a path to insight and understanding of this most
complicated character."
Ben Miles: ShowMag
"Casting is always a top priority with the roles of Blanche, Stanley and Stella...Thankfuly, when director Jack Heller saw Susan Priver
as down-on-her-luck showgirl Myrtle in Williams "Kingdom of Earth," he knew right away that she is a Williams woman...And of course,
Priver is also brilliantly able to create the fragility of the emotional basket case Blanche has become..."
Shari Barrett: Broadway World
"Ms Priver crafted a compelling portrayal that rivaled that of Vivian Leigh's in the iconic 1950's film adaptation, illuminating the fragile
elegance of her existence with an endearing ballet-like movement and an improbable cadence to her speech. It was nearly impossible
to take my eyes (and ears) off her, her sweet and swift southern coos of how life is supposed to be while practically gliding across the
stage.. She would at once lull us into falling for her charms then unleash a ferocity when it came to battling her sister's brutish husband.
At the end of the play she revealed just how deeply tragic her romantic life had been..."
Steve Gottfried: Cultural Weekly
"Susan Priver delivers a moving Blanche DuBois..."
Dena Burroughs: The Fume of Sighs
"Masterful...Susan Priver brings a heart-breaking vulnerability to Blanche..."

KINGDOM OF EARTH: TENNESSEE WILLIAMS 2016
Los Angeles Times
"Richly Entertaining...Priver's Myrtle delightfully magnifies the character's
misguided maternalism, balancing aching sincerity with seedy humor."
Charles McNulty
Broadway World
"Susan Priver revels as the not-so-blushing bride Myrtle...Priver's innocent flirtations with Burke
dangerously amp up the friction and sexual attraction...Nice and hot seduction dance!"
Gil Kaan

"Pure Tennesse Williams...the literal oozing of sexuality from Priver's Myrtle os palpable..."

Williams language...the cast is first rate...rivets the audience..."

"Unexpectedly moving...Susan Priver's Myrtle seems at first to be a clueless
bimbo, then becomes more and more complex and deeply human."

SEPARATE TABLES----TERRANCE RATTIGAN: 2017
"Susan priver does some remarkable work on Stage as Anne Shankland. She is stunning and manages to command
the room with her beauty without doing or saying anything. But Anne Shankland's words get her into trouble....
this is a tour de force role for Priver.

"Susan Priver is Petronella Van Dan and I couldn't take my eyes off her. She is a wonderful
actress, so real, and has a wonderful instrument that she plays brilliantly. Her performance is
definitely worth the price of admission."

THE GUARDSMAN: 2014
NoHo Arts District
"Susan Priver (Elena Schuman) easily steals the show with a performance
both wise and spontaneous. It's hard to keep your eyes off Priver. Her glide
and formidable in the moment stride do nothing to give away her inner strength
and outer beauty. Her is a fascinating talent to watch."

" When Susan Priver makes her entrance, (as Lily Garland) things finally
become interesting. Priver nails the melodramatic diva.."
